People attending the Tacoma Block Party with a band performing on an outdoor stage named White Wolf Stages, surrounded by tents and trees.

White Wolf Stages provides mobile stage rental, delivery, setup support, and practical live-event knowledge for concerts, festivals, schools, cities, venues, nonprofits, and community events across the South Sound.

Mobile stage rental

A professional covered mobile stage built for outdoor concerts, performances, public gatherings, festivals, fundraisers, and community events. The standard performance deck measures 24 feet wide by 20 feet deep, providing a flexible platform for musicians, speakers, performers, presentations, and live programming.

Delivery and setup

We coordinate stage delivery, positioning, deployment, inspection, breakdown, and removal. The SL100 is designed for efficient setup and can typically be deployed in approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on access, surface conditions, configuration, and event-site requirements.

Event-day knowledge

White Wolf brings practical live-event experience and a safety-first mindset to help organizers anticipate the details that can affect setup and event-day execution.

That means asking the right questions early, communicating clearly, and helping the stage fit into the larger event plan without overcomplicating the process.
