our story

A more capable kind of stage partner

White Wolf Stages was created to make professional mobile staging more accessible to the people and organizations bringing live events to life across the Pacific Northwest.

Too often, stage rental feels purely transactional: equipment is dropped off, and organizers are left to figure out the rest. White Wolf takes a different approach.

We bring the stage, the setup knowledge, the safety-minded execution, and the steady on-site presence that helps events feel prepared, polished, and ready for an audience. From outdoor concerts and school performances to fundraisers, festivals, and civic gatherings, our role is simple: make the stage part easier so organizers can focus on the event itself.

More than stage equipment

Safety-first execution

Professional equipment only matters when it is installed and operated with care. Safety guides every part of the process.

Practical support

We are helpful without taking over, responsive without overcomplicating things, and focused on what the event actually needs.

Community purpose

We believe more local organizations should have access to professional-grade infrastructure that helps their events feel credible and well supported.

hands on knowledge

We understand live-event logistics, setup requirements, site access, timing, weather, and the pressure of getting everything ready before the crowd arrives.

Meet the founders

White Wolf Stages is locally owned by husband and wife team, Travis White and Stacey Farkas, based in Tacoma, Washington.

The name “White Wolf” is a reference to the couples’ last names. White for Travis and Wolf for Stacey, whose last name means wolf in Hungarian.

Helping communities show up bigger

As White Wolf Stages grows, the goal is to support more events that might not otherwise have access to professional-grade staging—from local music and school performances to fundraisers, festivals, civic gatherings, and cause-driven community events.

Through safe execution, practical expertise, and a values-led approach, White Wolf helps local organizations create stronger live experiences.
